A QUALITY, RESILIENT, DYNAMIC, AND DIVERSE CITY IN HARMONY INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY
This strategic committee deals mainly with questions of territorial intelligence, the understanding of urban systems, planning and management on an urban scale and, more generally, urban governance. It seeks to foster innovation in developing new tools and methods for the design, rehabilitation, planning, and construction of the city, and experimenting with new urban services and their economic models.
Beyond that, this strategic committee plays a leading role the cluster’s dynamic, both as a think tank (ability to attract talent and to advance knowledge), as a “skill centre” (ability to direct projects and solicit key skills) and by encouraging real-world demonstrations.
The strategic committee is chaired by Mr. Christian DEURE.
